About the Study
AI agents and assistants are increasingly being integrated into everyday life, and supporting decision-making, task automation, personalisation, and even companionship. To inform core values on the design of these assistants, human-centred researchers emphasise ongoing engagements with experts and non-experts to inform the design of future systems. AI Otherwise is a study conducted as part of the Citizen-Centric AI Systems (CCAIS) project with the main aim of envisioning trustworthy personal AI agents/assistants.
